Well after 2 weeks of pulling out last minute wins, the tide has finally turned, Urawa was defeated 3-2 to Ci's Kawasaki Frontale. We were leading 2-1 up till the 70th min when Frontale scored 2 goals in succession and that's the way the story goes sometimes.
There was some silver lining in the defeat though; Urawa are begining to bring in alot of youngsters into their games. Regular starters Naoki Yamada and Genki Haraguchi were joined in the starting line up this week by Sergio Escudero. Another youngster Skunki Takahashi also came on as a substitute.
The thing I'm enjoying alot with Urawa this year is how many of the younger players are "given a go" by coach Finke. There's another "young" player who I'm excited about, but is yet to play a game this season; Tsukasa Umesaki. Defiantly a player to look out for when he's back fit.
