So it appears that orange is the new black? Well maybe not everywhere, but at my work place at least, it appears so. Now most people don't really get too excited over the color orange because its just too bright of a color, but for me when it comes to international football the color orange really gets me excited. For the next few days I think I got orange fever, or should I say oranje fever!
So who are the oranje? They are the KNVB; Koninklijke Nederlandse Voetbalbond, which translate to 'Royal Netherlands Football Association'. When it comes to international football they are my team. Yes that's right add another team to my list of teams, but these guys I've supported since my younger years. So why did I go dutch? Because of my heritage. Now don't look to puzzled, it's actually quiet simple. I was born in Indonesia and prior to 1945 Indonesia was a Dutch Colony; see I told you it was simple!
