Noahiro Takahara has scored a goal to lead Urawa Red Diamonds to a 1-0 win over Jubilo Iwata in the Yamazaki Nabisco Cup. Its always good seeing alot of the young fringe players like Shunki Takahashi, Yoshiya Nishizawa and Takuya Nagata receiving playing time.

Urawa are on top of the table for Group A but has one only one match remaining in the Nabisco Cup against Omiya, depending on how the results go this Sunday for the other teams in Group A (Urawa has a bye), it would make for an interesting game on the 13Jun09 @ Saitama 2002 Stadium. Can't wait for that game, because I'll be there!
