We've done it, finally after many weeks of tasting defeat, we have finally been victorious and in a big way; well sort of, we defeated Yamagata 4-1. At this stage I think I'd take any victory. The goal scorers for us today were Escudero (4min), Ponte (21min), Hosogai (75min) and an Yamagata own goal (86min).
Tatsuya Tanaka also made his return from injury today, coming on in the 85th minute. Tanaka's return bolsters our attacking options up front. Lets hope we can continue this form and string together some victory towards the end of the season.
Next week we're away to Kawasaki, so it wont be an easy task, but after today's victory I know we're heading in the right direction. GO REDS GO!
